Inspiring Change from Within: I believe change can occur when one is open & eager to the possibilities. I provide play therapy, expressive arts therapy, and more to children and youth to treat difficulties such as grief and loss, trauma, abuse, peer issues, self-esteem, bullying, divorce/separation, and in conflict with the law. I provide counselling to adults in areas such as anger management, depression, abuse, and anxiety. I also provide family counselling where there has been a significant challenge the family is experiencing, or families who recently adopted a child. I offer both long-term and short-term counselling and use modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Trauma-specific therapies and Client-Centred Therapy. I have unique speciality in working with ethnic populations and ensure cultural diversity into counselling.
