Meet others who are have “been there” too and know what it’s like to live with mental illnesses such as a mood disorder, psychotic disorder or anxiety. This welcoming space is where you can meet friends and feel safe being yourself. The Friend Zone meets monthly and offers peer support over food and fun activities.
